“I was in Rm 4, a small twin with ensuite. The window opened (hood) but unfortunately, right onto the alley where the cooking fan vented. It was quite loud but did stop before bedtime.
Breakfast was surprisingly included and very tasty. Did not have dinner as there was nothing small that I wanted to eat. I was later told by a customer that you could order half portions of the main menu items. I didn’t realize this and would have done so.
Good drafts on tap, staff were friendly but the room……

“We had a very comfortable stay at the wheatsheaf in Swindon, staff were friendly and welcoming, a bar that was open for drinks and places to sit and relax. Our room was comfortable although window wouldn’t stay open to let in fresh air as it was a warm day outside. Our even meal was delicious with a good choice of menu. Breakfast was also good and the service was swift. a great start to our day. All in all an enjoyable stay would revisit this hotel again in the future.”
