Thanks for your feedback. We perform deep cleans after both the summer and winter seasons. We have never understood why guests put dishes away without being clean (they certainly do not do this in their own home). It does not happen often, as you can see by the subsequent reviews that the condo and the kitchen was very clean, but occasionally it does.

Hi Shaw, we do apologize that there was an issue with the heater upon your arrival and we refunded you a night for the inconvenience of needing to move you to a different downtown condo. We thought that bringing space heaters would be a nice thing to do and did not mean to upset you by offering to bring you heaters since the heater was out. We hope you enjoyed your stay in the downtown Mears condo.

That is not consistent with our normal standards and we will be addressing it with our housekeeping team. We do perform deep cleans every off season, so this will not be an issue as we move into the fall and winter season. Thanks for your feedback. We agree, the TV/Audio system is overly complicated so we had our TV guy simplify the system.

Please always feel free to call us and we are happy to do what we can to make your stay as enjoyable as possible - we would have been happy to provide more blankets or let you know where you could find more as well as help you operate the television. For the temperature, you can always turn it up and just crack a window upstairs if you find it getting too warm. I will make sure there are plenty of blankets available in the condo as we have not heard from any other guests regarding lack of blankets. While all of our units are professionally cleaned in advanced of each guest stay, we always appreciate the positive feedback. Fortunately, the building exterior painting project was completed in August 2019. We regret that the project was taking place during your stay; however, since these types of projects only occur once every 10 years, future guest will have much different experience.
