Thank you for the review Kristy, On behalf of our entire team I would like to apologize for your experience at our hotel. I can assure you our staff members do not steal guests items that were left behind. The circumstances were a little different in your case as our housekeeping staff went to lunch before informing the front desk that they recovered your jacket from your room. It was returned in an untimely manner which we do sincerely apologize for. We are working more closely with our housekeeping staff to ensure this never happens again.

I am sorry to hear that your check in experience was not as expected. It is our hotel policy for all reservations paid through third parties to take an incidental card on file without any holdings. In this instance your reservation had not been added to our system automatically so our desk agent had to manually enter it. This includes your information as well as Expedia's information and an incidental card. Without this information our system will not allow a person to be checked in.
