About this property

EVERGREEN COTTAGE

  • EVERGREEN is a cozy cottage and Pine tree plantation located next to the Quachita National Forrest. We just opened in July and have been booked up until Mid December from guest all over the United States. We are close to 3 mountains and Nimrod Lake. We are an hour from Hot Springs National Park and an hour from Little Rock National Airport. The cottage features a Jason whirlpool bath, full size Pac-Man arcade game, Rock fire pit, covered parking, barn with electric hook up for RV parking, comfy beds, riding trails for side by sides or 4-wheelers, and 5 ponds for fishing,
    This cottage has everything you need. We even have snacks and drinks for our guest. Our past guest have especially enjoyed meeting the horses (for petting only ). We also provide horse treats for the kiddos to give to them. We hope you enjoy your stay at Evergreen and come back to see us.
