"Stayed here for just one night. They had decorated for Christmas and it was lovely! The base decoration was great too, in particular my mother-in-law loved all the bear decor!The place was immaculately clean, had a Roku TV in every room, a nice view with a balcony, and the arcade cabinet thing was really fun. The owner sent tons of helpful information, and was extremely responsive and kind.We had a fantastic stay and would happily come again!"

"This condo is the PERFECT place for any visit to the Pigeon Forge area and here are our reasons: -on a scenic river that were waded in and skipped rocks -very clean condo -easy to use gas fireplace and air hockey table -the linens/blankets/towels were high quality -location: you are .5 mile off the main strip, but on the patio overlooking the river, you can't hear any noise so it's peaceful yet close to the attractions/restaurants -the owner was very accommodating and gave communications so...

"We stayed here to go to a Tennessee football game and it was perfect! Clean and cozy and a great location! We didn’t cook but it was well stocked with dishes. The bed was comfortable and the garage parking was great! If we come to another game I would stay here again!"
