They were friendly, confirmed our reservation, added a guest to our booking, and told us they'd see us soon. We felt reassured.
We arrived at 2:00 AM exhausted, stressed, and ready to finally rest. What we were met with instead was one of the most shockingly rude and dismissive customer service……
