Amazing hotel — all the service exceeded our expectations: friendly front desk staff, delicious and fresh breakfast every morning, and spacious, clean, and well-kept rooms. The ambience was gorgeous, rooms were large and comfortable. We slept amazing! Walkable distance to everything.

My daughter and I stayed nearly a week in a one-bedroom suite. The room was very comfortable, though in an odd location where the only window was always shaded by other buildings and didn't let in a lot of natural light. Housekeeping was outstanding and the room was very clean. Front desk staff was ok. Not very friendly, but not unkind either. Just a little hands off. First floor staff were enthusiastic and very helpful. The daily breakfast was EXCELLENT! Best I've had. The spinach quiches were so good!! Great location in the loop with a quick walk to dining, shops and theatre. Would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely amazing! From the moment we walked in we were greeted and guided to the check in desk! The ladies at the front desk were so sweet and helpful! All the staff was always attentive. Out rooms were cleaned daily and very spacious. Will definitely be returning
