Be aware
When we walked in the floor was covered in water. Whatever cleaning service this company uses let the plug in the drain and there is a small constant drip in the faucet which flooded the sink and over flowed leaving a pool of water for us to clean up. We called the manager and he didn’t seem concerned and said if we didn’t mind throw the towels through the wash if we want to use them. Not very helpful or accommodating. This entire house smells terrible! They have placed damprid containers throughout the house. It wrecks like mold. If you have a sensitivity to mold or asthmas don’t stay here. The beds are not comfortable at all. Really this was a terrible stay we will not be back. The only good thing about this place is location but there are plenty of other places available around here.

We are sorry to see our guest felt we were not helpful and feel this must be due to a miscommunication since we were under the impression they did not want us to come by. We apologize if they wanted assistance and did not receive it. We searched the home for any unpleasant odors and were unable to locate any. Thanks!

The house and property are cute. The rocky driveway can be difficult.
There is NO air conditioning. House is very hot with no blinds on the sunniest windows. The plumbing is a problem. Most of the faucets drip. The bath does not drain. The toilet is very slow to flush. The outdoor shower would be wonderful if it was enclosed. I would never rent this house again.

This is a Cape Cod cottage that feels its age, and we are sorry to see the charm did not appeal to our guest. The drain issue is fixed, and the owner will continue to work on the cottage as they are able. Thank you!

Old but good location
The cottage was well located, but was old and could be refreshed. The cottage was clean. The bedding and towels were clean. The air in the cottage was stuffy, the cottage didn't look inviting. There was no kettle for tea, the tv set was not working properly. A suggestion: there should be a house manual with location of kitchen and house stuff, For example:We couldn't find hairdryer, it was hidden in one of the bedroom closet's. A manual of house rules would have been better, rather than leaving notes everywhere with what we could or could not do. I would recommend this cottage only for sleeping but not for enjoying the stay in Cape Cod.

Cozy Cottage in Great Location
Perfect, comfortable beach cottage with three bedrooms. Steps away from Great Pond where the kids could play and catch hermit crabs. Conveniently located being just around the corner from beaches, restaurants, and grocery stores.
