"The house worked out great for us and there were no issues. The only things that might need modification are the kitchen drawers are hard to open and close so someone may damage them if they are not careful. As you know, the woodstove does not have a functioning stove pipe so someone from a warm area not experienced with fireplaces my buy a bundle of wood from Maverick and create a huge problem. So maybe fix the door so it cannot be opened."

"We felt we were a bit mislead by the description of the property. We knew we were getting a trailer, but it was parked in someone's driveway. We had been instructed to not use the awning, - so there was no place to sit outside other than the sun until the sun started to set and a small amount of shade came. The trailer was very nice - it was just so hot in their were were very uncomfortable. The empty water tank light was on almost the whole time and when we used the water we could tell it was...
