“Nice place, decent central location ”

“The good: Beautiful views and right on the beach. Floor plan is creepy. The “first floor tenant” has direct access to our living area on the second floor at all times. There is a camera in the hallway. The hot tub was filthy and a serious hazard for children. Fine if it’s out of service but then drain and cover it. The Keurig coffee maker doesn’t work. Only two coffee mugs in the kitchen WiFi signal does not reach to the bedrooms. A lot of potential but for this price frankly I expect more. ”

“Terrific little place! One bedroom, comfy sofa, and nice kitchen with the essentials. I stayed three nights here while in the neighborhood for a conference and it was truly splendid. Clean, comfortable, and very stylishly decorated, which I enjoyed even though it doesn't necessarily matter!”

“Great beach access and helpful information on nearby restaurants was provided. We did leave behind “Fluffy” our puppy’s favorite stuffed animal. He is probably under the very comfortable bed.”

“Love the character of the house. The rooms were clean and the area was quiet. The only parking available is on the street and that was full the entire time. We had to park down the street and around the corner which was fine. The area of town is so unique.”

“The rooms were clean and well designed. The shower was really excellent and the bathrooms were also very nice. Kitchen area was good. Our sofa bed was broken so we were upgraded to a bigger room which was nice although it was a hassle to move all of our stuff. Unfortunately the microwave oven didn't work in our new room and our email request for help went unanswered. This was very annoying as we were staying in 1 night to cook and not having a functioning microwave was complicated for us. Many……
