"Upon getting my keycard at check-in, I went up to my room and there were wet towels and unchanged bed linens and unemptied trash from the last guest. Sending your guests to a room that is prepared for a new guest is hotel service 101. I can see in the other reviews that they have made this mistake before. They need to figure out a system for this…there is no excuse for it. They did send me to a correct room that was clean after I let them know. My key card didn’t work for the back doors for the hallway (the only entrance available after hours). A lady in the back parking lot let me in with her card a couple of times. Even though the guy at the front desk in the hoodie and sneakers said that he fixed it, it made me nervous when I was leaving at 3am that I could get locked out, miss my flight, and need to wait until someone returned to the front desk at 7:00 am to get back in. The door to the front desk and lobby is closed at night, so I am not sure as to whether there is someone at night available to help. I left the back entrance door open a crack as I was transferring bags from my room to my car.
The floors in the hallway felt bumpy and uneven.
The deluxe room was clean and had a fridge and microwave. It ended up being a good option for someone staying just seven hours to catch an early flight. Still, the fact that a lady had to let me in a couple of times and that my key let me into my room but not the building made me worried about getting locked out."
