“No me gusto la limpieza y el personal un lugar muy sucio lleno de polvo y mugre por todos lados, el personal racista y discriminador, no se si por ser hispana o por ser mujer, pero el trato fue muy malo, sobre todo cuando me queje de que mi habitación estaba muy sucia, no lo re recomiendo hay mejores hoteles que este "resort"!!”

“Only complaint, the blackout drapes were almost two feet too short. I had to barricade the windows with couch cushions to block the lights entering at the floor level up to two feet high. It would’ve been nice to have a light switch to turn off lights on the terrace (never found one). That issue aside, bed comfort was decent with a variety of pillows.
