Cozy furnished studio apartment with an amazing water view up the Georgia Straight and memorable sunsets. Kitchen, full bathroom, Queen size bed & TV. Deck, private entrance.

Located in woods up steep, gravel road. Studio is attached to our home.

A wonderful, rustic hideaway on a magical island.

Charming, studio apartment with large deck, breath-taking views of the shipping lanes and Canada. The views don't stop at night--we have star gazing galore on a clear nite. And you can see the lights of Vancouver from the deck.

Adults only; no children no matter how cute or well behaved.
No pets please!


The biggest feedback we get is that the pictures of the view don’t do it justice!

You won’t want to leave
My daughter and I had the incredible good fortune to find Vicki’s beautiful apartment available for our stay on Orcas Island. We were on the island in celebration of my daughter’s 40th birthday and our quest to see orcas in the wild. The orcas did not disappoint and neither did Vicki’s vacation rental :)). From the moment we arrived at Vicki’s, we felt blessed to have found such a lovely and perfect place for us. The apartment is decorated absolutely beautifully and appointed with everything one could want, need, or desire for a perfect stay. We fixed lite meals there, but could have prepared much more with grill on the deck, stove, refrigerator and plenty of cookware. However, we chose to pick up prepared meals and bring back to Vicki’s in order to enjoy every moment we could eating on the deck, admiring the view, and toasting some of the most incredible sunsets we had ever seen. My daughter and I are already talking about our next visit, and we’ll make certain to coordinate with the availability of Vicki’s Robin Song apartment. During our visit, Vicki made certain we knew she was available for any questions or concerns, but she gave us our complete privacy. Thank you for a charmed stay.

Lovely studio with an amazing view
The view here is amazing! Photos nearly do not do enough justice. The place is well equipped with pretty much anything you could need including a gas grill. We really enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful Stay
The pictures can’t do the view justice, truly a spectacular location for exploring Orca Island. Vicki was a wonderful host and quick to answer any questions. The place was well equipped with anything we could have needed. We loved our stay and look forward to another one in the future!

Best Weekend Retreat ever!
The pictures just don’t do it justice. Dan and Vicki have thought of everything and had everything you need in a little bungalow tucked away in the woods with a view straight up the Strait. We went out for a couple bites and some fresh air, but mostly it was cooking in and lounging on the amazing deck or even taking in the views from the room/bed. I don’t know about walking to town like others have said.. but then I’m not much of a hiker :). I think the hill would have killed me. But just a couple minute drive for sure. Thank you so much for having us!!

Very Relaxing
The studio is very comfortable, well equipped and the view from the deck is exceptional. We could not have been happier with the set up. Be aware the access road is very steep and there are two flights of steps to the door.

Anniversary Trip
My husband and I had a wonderful time during our stay at Robin Song Studio celebrating our "belated" 40th Wedding Anniversary. We had everything we could possibly need upon arrival, and Vicki was readily available via text with any questions or additional needs we may have had. The location of this property is absolutely spectacular with the views from the deck, the sunsets every evening, the privacy and quiet setting, the location to Eastsound with cute shops and excellent restaurants, and a prime location for exploring the island no matter which direction you chose to travel. Our vacation was perfect and we will definitley look forward to our next opportunity to visit!

Perfect Getaway with Million Dollar View
A wonderful studio with all that was needed for our stay. The view is incredible. The property manager/owners are A#1! I asked about a microwave and Vickie brought one in. She also gave us a geography overview of the islands and the Northwest Passage. Very responsive to all questions. We will be back!

Top of the World
This is such a stunning spot with views all the way up Queen Charlotte Sound into the Canadian islands. My sisters and I spent several days here, and despite some stormy weather, had a wonderfully relaxing time. The host, Vicki, was very gracious and always on hand for any need or question.

Beautiful home, great views, steep hill!
My husband and I stayed here for three lovely nights... we were on bikes, and quickly determined that we were better off leaving the bikes at the bottom of the hill and walking up! It is that steep! But Vicki was delightful, driving down our first evening to help us bring our baggage up. She owns the bike shop in town so was very helpful with minor mechanical issues and suggestions for outings. Close to Eastsound for dinners and shopping, close to Moran Park for hiking and exploring. The place was very clean, equipped with coffee (pods), tea, snacks, great linens, beautiful dishes, good wifi. Not a single complaint! And then, there are the views... awesome.

Wonderful Stay on Orcas Island
Lovely, clean little studio with million dollar views. Robin Song is a great get away with all the basics for an island stay. The semi-private deck offers some of the best views we saw on the island. Vicki is a wonderful host who made sure all the details were in place and that we had what we needed. Perfect for a couple looking to relax for a few days.

Vicki was a great host. Good communicator, very welcoming and had some great info on what to do, where to go and where to eat. Rental was clean and neat. Setting is very picturesque and quiet. Great for 2 people. If we go back to Orcas Island we will definitely stay here again.

Fabulous huge deck with glorious views!
We so enjoyed staying here during our visit to Orcas Island. The views, beauty, quiet and peacefulness can't be adequately described. We spent our days hiking and eating lunches out, but spent all late afternoon until sunset near 9:30 pm sitting on the deck oohing and aahing. The kitchen had everything we wanted as we prepared our "deck" dinners with ingredients from the Island Coop and take out pizza from Hogstone. Yum! Vicki is very friendly and the information she provided about how to experience so many things on the island was invaluable. The studio had everything we needed and our adult son even found the loft bed to be quite comfortable. Many thanks to Vicki and Dan for sharing this wonderful place.

Simply AMAZING view!
This was our first trip to Washington State and Orcas Island. If you want a water view, up in the trees, this is the place for you. We were absolutely amazed at how STUNNING the view was. We ate dinner on the deck every night because no restaurant in town had a better view. The place was comfortable and cozy and had everything we needed. The owners are lovely people and we enjoyed getting to know them. The money is worth it!

Spectacular Retreat
We were met at the gate by our wonderful hostess Vicki, she made sure our stay was wonderful! We were able to see some beautiful deer in the drive up to her home, and a magical sunset from the deck. I would love to go back in warmer weather.

5-Star Views!
We really enjoyed our stay at Bird Song! We had a couple days of rain and wind but we just hunkered down and enjoyed the views from inside. Even though the suite is attached to the main house it felt very private with our own entrance and deck area. We enjoyed great restaurants, cafes, shopping, hiking and wine tasting during our 4 day stay. Vicki even shared her garden with us so we got to pick some apples and tomatoes and beets for one of our dinners in (with take out pizza from Hogstone) We will definitely stay at Bird Song again!
