“The property location was convenient and walkable to the boat rentals, restaurants, coffee shop, and market. Kelly and Tony were responsive with any questions we had and gave wonderful suggestions. The place had amazing views and strong central air conditioning. We were unable to connect our phones to the TV and didn’t bring laptops to connect via HDMI, but had a great time watching older movies that were playing on cable late in the evening. ”

“This was perfect for our family of 4. Perfect location near the lake and having a pool steps out the back door was so fun! The place was spotless and the hosts were very responsive. “Right across from the boat launch and beach, next to a grocery store, and right across from the RV park our friends stayed in. Beautiful condo, most comfortable bed I've stayed in in a vaca home. Super helpful and responsive host. ”

“The hottub was scalding hot, well above regulation and no access to change temperature. I reached out to the host on multiple occasions and was told Chris the pool guy was going to come resolve the matter but it didn’t happen.”

“We have been to The Grandview at least 45 times since 2004 for starters. In recent years we have opted for Campbell's resort (right across the bridge from The Grandview (both right in the center of downtown Chelan) but Campbell's has become harder and harder to get into because of the demand. The problem with The Grandview it is not being well kept. as an example, the outdoor carpeting in the hallways leading to the rooms has not been replaced sine the remodel (over 20years ago), the room they……
