"We were stayed after a day at Guadalupe Mountain NP. Monica at the front desk was great. Told us the best place to park that is close to our room. Even checked on us within an hour to ask if everything was ok with the room. Gym was well equipped for people that can handle heavier weights. We plan to stay next year when we visit the mountain again."

"They are remodeling this location so there was a big roll off dumpster and construction materials taking up about1/4 of the available parking but the 3 rooms that my family stayed in were very nicely done. "

The check-in process was very smooth and we appreciated that the hotel sent us reminder texts and let us know that the Caverns were closed (due to the government shutdown) and that we could cancel our reservation if we needed. The room was very clean and spacious and we enjoyed the breakfast that was provided. We would absolutely stay here again!"

"Booked the king suite for an extended stay. Loved the sitting area. Rooms were clean and comfy bed was a bit hard for me but I sleep on a soft mattress. Daily cleaning person did an exceptional job. It was so nice to return to our room after being gone all day and have it straightened up. Would definitely stay there again. Staff was personable and helpful. "
