“The breakfast amenities were very good, the hotel staff was very friendly. The lighting on the bathroom vanity mirror needs to be brighter in order to highlight any facial details. I had to request a room cleaning twice because it was never completed after the first request. Overall, the experience was above average.”

“Do not stay here! The manager/staff/owner of the franchise are terrible to their guests and also bigots who make assumptions about people based on race. Within seconds of an interaction with my (black) husband, the manager threatened to call the police after sternly and aggressively asking “what’s your room #?” Instead of a “good morning, how are you” or “how did you sleep” as you’re getting coffee and wiping sleep out of your eyes, “WHATS YOUR ROOM #, I’m calling the police”… like……

“I would like a refund. I ended up paying for a room we didn't use, because the cancellation period was no longer applicable once (24 hours before arrival), and the pictures provided of the property did NOT represent what we saw and experienced. There were a number of safety concerns that made this hotel unworkable for us. The side door (where we were told to park as it was closest to our room) had an electronic key lock for security, but it was propped open and didn't close properly when I……
