We had a nice stay! Close to everything and room was very clean. Nice hotel staff. Nothing outstanding (old elevator, pool was not too clean), but perfect for all the touring we did nearby.
We stayed there for 4 nights , it was an above average hotel . Staff was very friendly and helpful, able to accommodate my early check in from a red eye flight . The only thing I could say is that the doors should have a slow closure added to them , when the staff are in and out of the rooms they ...
We stayed here for one night and probably won't stay anywhere else from now on when in Edinburgh. We arrived by train and the hotel Is adjacent to Waverley Station and also convenient for the shops and restaurants both in Princes Street and the Royal Mile. Room was fairly compact but suited to our ...
Was adequate for my purpose but very noisy which is acceptable as it is in the centre of the city. Did not use the facilities such as restaurant or bar as met with friends to eat out.
Great place to stay. Perfect location on the royal mile. Great breakfast, cozy rooms and the staff made us feel very welcome :)
Great location just far enough away from The Royal Mile to be quiet, but close enough to be right in the mix. Very roomy and classy little apartment. We loved it! I would definitely recommend and stay here again if I ever came back!!
Hotel is near waverley station but room is not ok for the price Small room and the furnitures are tired . Bed linens is worn out compared to similary priced hotel around the area.
The overall feel of the hotel is all about service. Staff are very friendly, helpful and efficient. The facilities are very good. For data lovers the wifi works and you can stream Netflix without any buffering. Room are very comfortable and reasonably sized.
Phenomenal location, everything was new, everything you needed was there...new. The apartment was absolutely wonderful. I would hope I can stay here again! The staff was so helpful, so nice and so knowledgeable. Thanks for the best stay!!!!
A great hotel very conveniently located with castle views. A very short stroll from the Grassmarket and the end of Princes Rd. Staff very friendly and the choice at breakfast was excellent. Would definitely use this hotel again.
Going the last 50 yards is the only downside, lots of steps. Otherwise, our apartment was roomy and excellently appointed. The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. I would stay there again, but would not drive. I would take the train to Waverly Station. The hotel is conveniently located right ...
I decided to book Novotel because I wanted some luxury and pampering - I wasn’t disappointed. The staff are exceptional. Everything I asked for was possible and done promptly. The mantra seems to be ‘Yes of course!’ We arrived earlier than planned but were checked in promptly, the room was impeccable ...
Enjoyed our stay at Ibis hotel royal Mile which is in a good central location in Edinburgh. The rooms are on the small side with little storage space. Although we were facing the front of the hotel we enjoyed three nights peaceful sleep. The staff were very helpful although we decided not to use ...
The room is somewhat small for the price that they charge. The toiletry consists of only 3-in-one soap and nothing else. No drawers to put your clothes in either. Should provide a mini-fridge at least. Also some hand towels.
