We love the Menger hotel. The staff is great and the rooms immaculate. This time my husband was still recovering from knee surgery. The staff, especially the valet staff, we so helpful. Great historic hotel, great people.

The hotel is beautiful. The room was clean and furnishings newer. There are a lot of rooms so you could be placed far away from the elevator. For us that was not an issue but I could see it being so for others.

Excellent Staff, very cool and historical building. The bed wasnt the most comfortable, but that can be subjective. The location is perfect to walk the river and enjoy the scenery. The hotel is a bit old. It's great if you're looking to stay in a property with a historical aspect. Check-in was troubling. I don't recall on the Hotel's description here on Expedia or on their own website that the deposit was $400 up front. I stayed for 6 days so that should have been around $170. ...
