I booked a room for my parents because my Mom had an early procedure at Royal Alex the next morning. They said it was terrible…the room smelled and was not clean. They ran out of Kleenex and toilet paper. And they never slept well because another one of the rooms was noisy all night. I felt horrible that they had this experience and I’m the one that chose this place for them.

The rooms were very nice and clean. Breakfast was great. Parking was only $10 which is cheap compared to other hotels which are usually more since I have stayed a lot of other downtown hotels. The manager upgraded my room since I signed up membership. They even let me park my car there till next evening after check out which was incredibly convenient. Will definitely be back again. Good job !!!

The breakfast was alright and the bed was new and clean/comfortable, the rooms are quite outdated and the shower head sprayed all over the ceiling and the shower curtain.
