"Our group rented this property for the weekend as it was close toBlue Mountain Ski where is our event was being held. We had 13 people total in our group. The hot tub was LOCKED. No combo listed anywhere. And took hours to get any type of response from a different person than was my assigned contact. Then we STILL couldn’t get a combo to unlock it. So was unable to be used AT ALL. We were also told WiFi instructions would be inside house. We looked in every drawer and cabinet and could not find...

"Arrived in a snow storm right before the winter holidays. Check in was clear & easy. The house was exactly as described, and very clean and new. Beautiful views outside--with the snowstorm, it was even more beautiful, with a clear gorgeous view of the lake from every room. We did go outside in the snow, but obviously did not use the water equipment, so cannot comment on that! Plenty of games and cards for the kids. Wifi worked well in all areas as did the TV. The fireplace worked beautifully....

It’s a gorgeous home with an awesome lower level for older kids/teens, beautiful view across the street from the lake and the community offers plenty to do. "We enjoyed the community and location but the property itself was not very clean and had several maintenance issues. Several outlets and switches did not appear to work, the ceiling fans in the bedrooms did not work. Half the jets in the pool did not work. The whirlpool jets in the tub did not work. The bedding and towels were clean, but it seemed that was the extent of the cleaning that was done. "
