"We enjoyed our stay and chose this property because it had a pool and was close to the Zugspitze. The breakfast was excellent- best we had during our 9 day trip. We stayed here for 4 days and stayed at 4 places total. The pool was so fun and although we didn’t use the sauna options there were several kinds of spa type choices. I stayed with my daughter in a corner room with awesome views and the hotel accommodated my dad’s request to have an ‘adjoining’ room (via balcony) which was so great. No complaints about this hotel at all! English if needed was easy to switch to from German. Easy walking distance to a grocery store and several restaurants, away from the bustle of the downtown area although on the Main Street. Perfect stay! Downsides: very tight parking lot but to be expected in Europe:) no air conditioning (we arrived during an unexpected hot spell), so we slept with the balcony door open at night (also to be expected- not many places have air conditioning in the mountains). No dark shades but that didn’t bother us. Definitely would stay again! Thanks for a super stay. "

"We booked a family room, it had 2 large rooms and 2 bathrooms. There was a great view from the balcony of Neuschwanstein Castle which was lit up at night. The staff were all friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very nice. We had a view of the Castle from our table and the serving staff were very accommodating and pleasant. It was located right at the bottom of the walk leading to the castle, so perfect for us. Overall, a great stay."
