Day one, check in: total chaos. Very long line and only three check-in clerks for the size of the hotel of about 1,000 rooms. People are screaming and yelling. Finally, I got my room. Not what I expected. The room was in need of repairs. The sliding door would not slide. The refrigerator is behind the sliding door inside the closet and the door is facing inward. The weirdest thing I've ever seen. The Internet doesn't work. I complained to the management and was given a runaround. Finally, after speaking to many managers and assistants of general managers I got another room. The Internet is still spotty and for the most time is not usable due to very low level signals and or very low bandwidth. After speaking with many managers it appears that they have a systemic problem with the internet among other things. I tried to enjoy the Terrace but in their infinite wisdom they pointed a high power projector right at my Terrace to light up the side of the building that practically nobody sees. The only way I could avoid the blinding light to see the sea was to move deep inside the Terrace. Again, I spoke with many of their managers to turn the light off and they promised me that they would but they never did. I wasted a lot of time with them with aggravations during my vacation that I was supposed to enjoy. I have never experienced such uncooperative, indifferent and simply unaccommodating management and staff in over 40 years of travel. They seem like they're in constant damage cont
