“The toilet didn’t work the whole trip, so we weren’t able to go to the restroom when I went and told the guy working the desk. He was pretty rude about how it was too late and he was unable to do anything as far as a room switch or a discount of some kind. We stayed two more nights after that, and it didn’t even get looked at to my knowledge.”

“The staff was helpful. I was helped as soon as I walked inside. They let me know about the continental breakfast and where my room was located. The room was overall in good condition. There was a power drill left in the room. Someone came got it within a couple hours of me arriving. The Breakfast was okay, kinda of picked over. Needed restocked. Overall experience was good. The value for what I paid was decent.”

“The staff were amazing answering all my questions and pointing me to a shopping center to buy a power block. The only thing that I wasn't expecting was no USB charging in the room, in used to not having to bring a power block anymore as much hotels have USB charging on most nightstand lighting”
