Friendly and Safe
He was very friendly. Place is clean and it’s very safe. People complain about the train but honestly if you have a TV on or a fan, you can’t hear it. The only thing I didn’t like was the tv in bedroom. Not a smart TV lol.

Excellent Apt, great owner
The owner and I kept in touch for the entire year I planned on going to El Paso. The closer the time came, the more the owner talked back and forth with me. Easy check in with keys. Great security for the motorcycles with a gated driveway. Clean condition and great time in the city. Will definitely look here again if I go back to El Paso.

Great spot with everything we needed!
Property was just what we needed for a long Labor Day weekend in El Paso. We had everything we needed and Roland even checked with us to make sure everything was going as expected. Property is close to train tracks, but the noise isn't that noticeable in the bedrooms, and living next to an Air Force base, I was basically used to it. Property was only a few minutes away from I-10 which allowed us access to all of El Paso with ease. Kitchen was stocked well enough to cook everything we needed and rental was close to several places to eat. Thanks for everything Roland! Would definitely stay again!

Great find
We were inEl Paso while my wife had a medical procedure. We did not want to stay in a hotel as she recovered so came across this little gem as we searched for a place. Roland and his wife were so welcoming and were there to greet us when we arrived. The little apartment was perfect! It was clean and inviting and had all the comforts of home. Roland and his wife were so hospitable checking on us and making sure we had all we needed that it more than made up for the train noise that came through the neighborhood during the day. Although, after the second night, it didn't bother us. We would recommend this vacation property highly and would stay there again if we're ever visiting El Paso.Thank you Roland. You and your wife are terrific!

Clean and well decorated. Perfect little get-away for small family.
The owner contacted me immediately after the reservation was made and explained the process for first time user of such a property. I have 3 small children and he was very accommodating. The apartment was very clean and well appointed. Central location was very convenient for all my needs. Owner checked on me and brought any requested needs. Very easy check-in and out. Definitely recommend for that short or even longer El Paso stay. Chris Ryan

Chris, was a very attentive guest and considerate. It was a pleasure having him and his children stay in our apartment. He left the place clean and orderly. I wish all my guest were like Chris.

Very good
Very happy with this rental. Roland was terrific and made sure throughout the stay that we were happy. Cozy rental good for a small family or two people. Very clean and had all the important amenities.

Frank and his buddy were my first guest. They got me off to a great start. Showed them the apartment and off they went golfing all day. They had wonderful weather. They made my introduction into the rental business a delight because they were not high maintenance guest. I am looking forward to having them back next year.
