Great central location for all tourist activities. Indoor and outdoor pool (very small so super crowded). Love the outdoor rooftop bar with great views.
Cons: no wifi in the room. Tech couldn't fix it and they claimed I was the only one with the problem. The wifi worked fine at reception, in the hallway (!), but not in the room. So super inconvenient.
No late check out even if you are Expedia VIP :(

Pretty basic apartment just off Las ramblas was air conditioned thankfully. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge freezer Microwave etc.Good shower when we eventually got boiler on make sure they show you how to do that. I would also double check that you have exact phone number to get keys we had the misfortune to have to deal with tourist information at airport must be most unhelpful people in the world working there and the rudest. Police were not much better. If it wasn't for a very nice waiter in a bar off Las ramblas we'd still be trying to get in touch with keyholder now. Apart from that every thing ok

Had a very pleasant one night stay at Hotel Curious in July 2017. It is your basic, clean hotel close to La Rambla and Placa de Catalunya. Offered more than a continental breakfast.
The staff, Mateo and Karin were extremely helpful in suggesting restaurants, sights and calling cabs for us.
