Very nice surroundings. The hotel staff and management very friendly and helpful. However, the beds only had one sheet dividing your skin from a dirty mattress. So we had to sleep on top of the duvets. The mattresses in my opinion should have proper cover and protective sheets and then proper bed linen.

El personal muy amable, habitaciones correctas aunque hay cosas que están obsoletas y necesitan un cambio (por ejemplo el calefactor toallero de nuestra habitación). Desayuno buffet bien y cena menú correcto.

Hotel precio calidad correcto. Desayuno buffet cena menu y bebidas aparte. Esta en una zona que solo hay cuatro hoteles de la misma cadena. Parking en la calle sin problemas. Personal muy amable.

Me gustó lo amable y agradable que era el personal. Instalaciones sencillas pero cómodas. Había poca variedad en el desayuno pero lo que había estaba bueno. Lo que no me gusto fue que la calefacción no estuviera encendida cuando llegamos, solo había dos rollo de papel higiénico y nos faltó. Además el agua de la ducha no se iba rápido tenías que estar atento que no saliera el agua. Tampoco me gustó que no nos hayan dejado una botella de agua o algo en la habitación. Poca variedad del desayuno y cuando salimos a la terraza de noche no encendieron las luces.

La gente que trabaja allí son muy amables. El entorno es precioso y para mí, la situación perfecta, ya que está cerca de la pista de esquí y a pocos minutos de Andorra la Vella.

Escogimos el hotel exclusivamente por los comentarios que mayoritariamente eran excelentes, pues mi opinión no es tan generosa. No considero tan económico cuando por una habitación pequeña y una media pensión queda a 100 € por día. Leí maravillas de la comida y bueno, bien. Escasa variedad. Sobre el aparcamiento que también había leído que era cómodo para aparcar, vale destacar que imagino que dependerá de la época del año que se va. En agosto con todo los hoteles completos no es tan sencillo.

La amabilidad del personal. Nos cambiaron la cena de la media pensión a la comida tal y como les solicitados. La comida está muy bien y el desayuno de calidad.

Surclassement inattendu
L'hôtel ElPradet est toujours fermé, nous avions vu cette situation dans un commentaire précédent, mais nous avons bénéficié de l'hospitalité du Chalet Bringuié, sûrement plus luxueux. Nous avions de plus choisi une demie=pension, nous nous sommes régalés! Et la vue est juste magnifique

Algo anticuado. Camareros correctos y amables pero que no atienden en la lengua propia del pais. Estereotipos españoles sobre toreo en la recepción del hotel a modo de souvenir. Habitaciones correctas y baños reformados y limpios. Comida sencilla. Muy buena ubicación como punto de partida para hacer senderismo.

VACANCES A EL SERRAT
Notre hôtel était fermé lors de notre arrivée et nous avons eu un moment de panique ne sachant pas à qui nous adresser pour savoir ce qui se passait. J'ai pu communiquer avec une personne dans la rue qui m'a expliqué que l’hôtel était fermé et qu'il fallait que je m'adresse à l'autre hôtel un peu plus loin. Fort heureusement, nous avons été pris en charge dans l'autre hôtel pour la chambre et en demi pension dans l’hôtel en face. A part ce petit contre temps, tout était parfait.

La comida es justita para el precio que tiene el hotel. La recepcionista cuando llegamos nos comentó que no nos podía dar información de las habitaciones porque no las había visto. Excepto un camarero, el resto no son muy agradables.
