“We enjoyed the cabin very much. The one exception was the road in and out of the property. I reported it to the call center as impassable. I incurred damage to my vehicle due to the poor condition of the road. This while crawling up the road no more than a few miles per hour. Totally unacceptable. The call center was rude and at times not understandable due to very heavy foreign accents. I was wondering who owns the road? Is it private? County owned? All questions asked the call center who...

“Everything was great! Tia was incredibly quick with communication. The place was great! Wonderful experience! Not sure if there is a way to be more connected to the main building for ease with getting access to the amenities like the pool/fitness room and then coordination for garbage since there is no longer a dumpster. ”

“Rented for a week with my 5 family members. This condo had EVERYTHING you needed (except pool toys or floats). It was so nice and comfortable. Had one little problem which was immediately taken care of. Communication was great. The screen porch was great, very spacious and we loved the TV outside there! One thing I’d like people to know; The pool does not have umbrellas so my suggestion that I wish others would have mentioned buy a cheap one to bring with or get one at Target down there. ...

“We booked this condo for our 3rd yearly girl's lake trip and it was perfect. Location close to the strip was great. We also loved how clean the property was and spacious the condo was. They had everything we needed so we could just unpack and let the fun begin. View of the lake was beautiful. There is an elevator which was nice with us unloading all of our stuff. They also have a wagon we found on the last day to use which was nice. We would have liked one more full-length mirror to use when we...

“Harbor Point is an excellent complex to stay at. The owners and other guests are always very friendly. The pool is great and the property is well maintained. Kevin was a great host and responded to any questions is a timely manner. The living room was plenty big enough for 2 air mattress for our teens who refuse to sleep together. Great place with great AC to lay our heads after spending our days out in the sunshine!”
