Upon arriving 6 hours later than expected due to a delayed flight, I walked into the apartment to find it smelled horrible. Dirty water had been left in the bottom of the dishwasher (still is) and had started to grow fungus and mold. Parking can be tough, but it's a safe neighborhood, so to park a block away isn't a problem.
