“We really enjoyed our stay and the staff were so hospitable and accommodating. Eight years ago, we stayed at Home 2, for our honeymoon night. When we arrived, I realized that we were booked in the wrong room. Michael Conter (front desk hospitality) went above and beyond to help us find the exact room that we stayed in for our honeymoon night eight years ago and switched us to the correct room. It meant so much to me and our stay was so special! The pool was large and there was plenty of lounge……

“I am writing to formally express my extreme disappointment with my recent stay at your property. The condition of the hotel was unacceptable. The staircase was dirty and full of trash, the room floor was sticky, and the bathtub was covered in dirt. Most shockingly, the bed sheets had dried blood on them. Given these unsanitary conditions, I cannot believe this room was assigned to a guest.This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever encountered, and it was entirely unacceptable given……

“This is without the nicest place my family and I have ever stayed.Soo clean.Service can’t be rated because it is so good from the front desk,house cleaning service,breakfast in the morning.I would rate it well over a 10 and encourage anyone coming to Destin to stay here.You guys are fantastic.It has a very honey feel!!!!!!Joey Rosenthal”
