A home away from home
Hands down the best place I’ve stayed at in years. Brilliant value for money. Comfortable 1 bedroom unit with kitchen, lounge and laundry. Spacious, neat, spotless and quiet. Blackout blinds and a lovely cheerful welcome and goodbye from Alison. I would 100% recommend anyone to stay here.

Very clean apartment with all the appliances
The apartment had a fully functional kitchen and laundry. All utensils and cutlery were provided. Had to work remotely and the internet connection was amazing. Could complete my work without a hiccup.

The Hidden Gem in Emerald
Spacious apartment with a big kitchen and lounge area to relax. The team were friendly and engaging and done everything they could to ensure my stay was comfortable and my needs were met during the three weeks that I stayed. The hotel is close proximity to shops, cafes, bars and town. The free wifi was awesome and greatly helped my business trip. Having stayed at a few hotels in Emerald for business, this was by far the best and I would recommend as best option.

Stayed here for one night. Room had modern amenities and it was clean, comfortable and quiet. Only disappointment was that our booking included breakfast and when we made enquiries with staff about breakfast we were advised that they stopped doing it a year ago!

1. Please change the pic of the pool. THERE ISN'T A POOL AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT. The pic and the comment below it "keep cool and splash around in the pool" is at best misleading. We were fooled by it! 2. Train your staff so they are fully aware of the adverts ie that there is breakfast included in the tariff. 3. In this class of establishment I would expect the office to be manned. It wasn't in the two days we were there. Speaking over a telephone is a bit substandard. 4. The unit was modern, clean, tastefully furnished and of good standard.

Great location and excellent rooms.
Stayed two nights -the unit was excellent; comfortable, clean, quiet and really nicely done. The location of the motel is perfect for getting around Emerald on foot (or by car) with restaurants, tourist information, etc all near by. The staff were lovely and went out of their way to make us welcome and comfortable.

The Emerald Inn is a fantastic place to stay in Emerald. I was travelling for work and can't rate highly enough the facilities. My room was modern, clean, tidy and quiet with parking available. Wifi and continental breakfast was included which was fantastic. Tom (manager) took great care of me, finding movie ticket discounts and offering to drive me to the airport, which meant for a really wonderful experience, especially as I was travelling solo. I can't recommend this place enough, if you need to stay in Emerald don't look anywhere else but Emerald Inn!

Emerald Inn is much like an Island Resort with its lush greenery and colour. We loved that it was quiet although situated in the busy Takapuna area. It is also near a lot of lovely cafe's and bars and small shopping area so walking was a breeze.

Great for singles and couples
The motel is comprised of ground level units, each with bedroom, bathroom with spa bath, lounge and kitchen. Also comes with a complimentary continental breakfast with gf toast for those of us that need it. No need to eat out at all although we tried the tavern at the end of the street and the Irish pub, both okay if a bit expensive, we thought, for pub grub. Off the main road so quiet, with little or no next door neighbour noise either. On site parking, well lit, so if you like to sleep in complete darkness, ask for one of the back rooms. Friendly, helpful reception. Would definitely stay there again.
