“We came in for the Atlas Obscura music festival surrounding the total eclipse and were astonished and delighted to find Evan’s listing. The property is well designed, impeccably redone and tastefully decorated two bedroom one bath with an adorable eat in kitchen with banquettes looking out over a beautiful garden area. The neighborhood eateries are amazing! I will be coming back!!!”

“This is an older home that the owner fixed up to be a vacation rental. Cute house in a cute neighborhood. Wifi and AC worked great. Nice fenced in back yard with a new picnic table. We had issues initially getting in touch with the owner which was stressful but she may be new to VRBO so that may improve over time. There was a sanitation issue but it was something that can be easily remedied so we won't share that here as it may not have been the owner's fault. I would recommend staying here....

“I was surprised to find a last minute eclipse spot in Little Rock on such short notice and for a very reasonable price. It was much cheaper than all other options. The only thing lacking is a full length mirror and maybe a strainer for noodles. Also the back yard was overgrown and could use some chairs or something to make it feel more usable.
