Coffee machine did not work. Toilet did not work. Toilet clogged because it was not flushing properly. They unclogged it but didn't fix the flushing problem. Washer and dryer on premise always seems out of order. Generally not well maintained property. Kitchen repairs never completed. No room service. I will never stay at this hotel again.

I like that the housekeeping cleaned up and replaced our towels without requesting them to do it. We came back with a clean room after an exhausting day! Staffs were all pleasant to talk with, very approachable and welcoming too!

Comfortable stay although this Hotel seems a little bit outdated. I did not experience and issues during my stay at all. Definitely not the most glamorous hotel.

El ruido que se escuchaba en la habitación por las máquinas de calefacción no permite dormir y en la parte de afuera también. No deseo volver a dormir en esa área del hotel hay muchos ruidos . El viernes sábado y domingo dormí en el 515 y fue excelente. Gracias

It’s located in a business park area but the hotel was clean and comfortable for the one night we needed. The property was quiet even though from parking lot full. It appears they might have updated the bathrooms as there was no tub as usual but a walk in shower that was very modern. Liked that they had pump bottles of toiletries. Our bed was comfortable! Would stay again if I needed to be in the area.

I spend most of my time away from the hotel, so this is not a very practical review. I only slept there but based on my experience, overall its a good hotel. The carpet in my room was stained could use a replacement, which was my only complaint regarding the property. The staff was friendly but the gentleman that check us in was so slow, we waited over 30 minutes to be seen. Room attendants were friendly. No breakfast included for the price which most hotels offer for that rate per night. The view is just of other commercial buildings nothing to look at and someone in the rooms close to mine was smoking as i sometimes smell cigarette smoke when i get in at night. However, i would definitely stay there again if i am in the area.
