~ This apartment includes:
 - 1 quiet room with 1 bed 2 persons (bed 140/190) and a dressing (duvet and duvet cover provided).
- 1 sea view lounge with 1 sofa bed, sleeping 2 people (duvet and duvet cover provided) coffee table.
- 1 dining room overlooking the sea
- 1 flat screen TV visible from the living room and the dining room.
- 1 fully equipped kitchen

A really nice apartment in a great location, and Erquy is an excellent holiday spot.
Everything at this property worked well. Secure parking; a clean, spacious and well equipped apartment for the two of us; a nice balcony overlooking the beach; very close to restaurants and bars, a number of which we visited and enjoyed; the steps by the port which lead up to Cap d'Erquy also provide access to some good walking area.

Cet appartement est vraiment très agréable, il a tout pour lui: très bien exposé, lumineux, propre et très bien équipé. Bien évidemment la vue est exceptionnelle et l'emplacement idéal sans oublier le petit plus: la place de parking privé. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié la disponobilité et la flexibilité de Mme Morgant pour notre arrivée. Nous recommandons!

Super Lage
Sehr schönes Apartement und eine sehr nette Vermieterin. Am besten erreicht man sie mit SMS sie übergibt direkt den Schlüssel und zeigt einem alles. Die Lage ist super. Zur Bäckerei (sehr gut) und kleinem Supermarkt läuft man 10 - 15 Minuten und dies auch noch an einem wunderschönen Strand. Die Pizzeria ist sehr zu empfehlen und hat gute angebote zum Mittagstisch unter der Woche. Das Chalut (Creperie) sollte vorher reserviert werden oder um 19 Uhr vor Ort sein. Eisdiele beim Hafen lohmt sich (italienisches Eis)

Un super séjour ! Un appartement cocooning où l'on s'y sent bien !! Tout est mis à disposition, il ne manque rien ! Une magnifique vue sur cette magnifique plage! Tout était parfait, comme sur l'annonce et merci à la propriétaire pour son accueil et sa "flexibilité" ! L'appartement est confortable, idéalement situé pour pouvoir faire tout à pied, (départ GR34, courses,) sans prendre la voiture ! Nous recommandons à 100%!!! 3 jours à 3 (2 adultes et 1 enfant de 10 ans). Idéalement situé à quelques pas de la plage du centre,des commerces et restaurants. Se laisser emporter par les vagues qui nous attirent en face du logement. Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour et nous renouvellerons avec grand plaisir.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Mme MORGAND qui est vraiment à la disposition de ces locataires juste une petite chose prévoir des porte manteaux dans la salle d'eau sinon rien à dire . Malheureusement le temps n'était pas au rendez vous mais nous reviendrons

Un cadre exceptionnel
Cet appartement est très propre, décoré avec goût et sobriété et bien équipé. Il est très bien situé (juste la rue à traverser pour la plage, une cinquantaine de mètres pour le port, centre ville accessible à pied). A notre arrivée, le lit était fait et nous disposions de serviettes, torchons ainsi de capsules pour le lave vaisselle et lave linge pour les trois nuits passés sur place. Merci à Josette pour son accueil et le cadeau de bienvenu (une bouteille de cidre).

Gute Lage, schöne Strände
Die Lage am Stadthafen von Erquy war einmalig, wir haben den Blick vom Balkon und vom großen Fenster des Wohnraumes sehr genossen. Das Schlafzimmer war nach hinten raus und so war es vorne lebendig und hinten zum Schlafen schön ruhig. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, Wlan gibt es allerdings nicht und auch an Fernsehprogrammen gibt es nur Französische. Die Strände und Wanderpfade um Erquy herum sind sehr schön und auch die alten Städte mit ihren bunten Wochenmärkten, die in einer Stunde erreichbar sind, sind sehr sehenswert. Wir würden den Aufenthalt sehr empfehlen. Wir würden
