Perfect Location
So spacious - we spent most time outside on either the patio and rooftop deck. Beautiful views! Great walking location to the Marina and old town. Our host Dawn was easy to work with and the unit had all the necessary amenities for our week long stay. Being at Dawn’s condo certainly made for a wonderful experience. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely Stay
A very warm welcome by Dawn who took the time to explain everything and provide handy tips of nearby facilities. The property is well looked after, modern and fully equipped. The master bedroom provides plenty of wardrobe space though the bed felt like a small double. The apartment is secure and the underground parking space is very handy. Also useful to enter the block from the garage if you don’t wish to walk part way up the hill. We did find road traffic to be noisy. The apartment is close to the port and a good 20 min walk to the Old Town using the most direct route but the newly finished promenade is a delight to stroll along and the beaches aren’t too far either. Overall a very lovely stay.

Beautiful, clean, well located apartment
We stayed here from 8 May for 10 wonderful nights. The apartment was very well furnished and equipped with everything that we needed. Comfortable enough beds and sofas and a roomy kitchen with all the mod cons required. Both the living room and the kitchen have doors that lead onto a spacious terrace. It has concrete roof and walls so no sun until late afternoon / early evening but wonderful views. From the terrace there’s a spiral staircase that leads to the roof terrace. The sun hits here from mid/late morning and stays until sunset. 2 comfortable and easy to move sunbeds and completely secluded from the outside world. Happy memories! The host, Dawn, was excellent. Explained everything on arrival, dealt with any queries during our stay and was accommodating in allowing a late check out time on our day of departure. The apartment is situated near the (roundabout) junction of Av Reina Sofia and Av Puerta del Mar, 3 minutes walk from the port area with its many restaurants and bars. Alternatively it’s a pretty flat 20-25 minute stroll along the promenade to the highlight of Estepona: it’s “old town” area. There are 2 well equipped supermarkets within 5 minutes walk. And then there’s the excellent, safe beach of Playa del Cristo where the water is relatively calm most of the time and so perfect for swimming. We were very attracted to Estepona and would certainly consider a return visit. And it would be hard to beat this particular apartment for overall value.

Fantastic apartment, great location - a gem
What a wonderful apartment, well located by the marina, with lots of facilities and restaurants within walking distance. The apartment was roomy, spotless and well equipped. Dawn was fantastic to us, meeting us despite our late arrival and was helpful and responsive to the few queries we had. We would love to come back and we have recommended the apartment to friends and family already.

Lovely apartment, well located close to Marina and beach and a Short board walk into the old town! Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and a choice between relaxing. Fine sized pool for the teenagers! In the balcony or upstairs in the roof terrace! Dawn is very attentive and was available if we had any queries.

Super stay
We spent a lot of time researching our stay in Estepona and looked for an apartment that would have everything we needed to enjoy a relaxing summer break. This apartment gave us all of that. It has been updated since we booked and was even better than the photos we had seen. It has had a lovely new kitchen which had everything you could possibly need, including an American fridge freezer with water and ice dispenser. It made such a difference having cold water and ice on tap. There was also a new second bathroom and the bedrooms have been painted and updated making the apartment look very fresh and modern. The beds in both rooms were very comfortable. The air conditioning system appears very new and was really efficient and effective. Great to walk into a cool room when the weather was so hot outside. Because it is on a high floor, the views from the two terraces are amazing. The roof top terrace is very sheltered and you can enjoy the sun all day. Entry to the apartment block is on a very steep hill but Dawn gave us a great tip that access can be gained from the garage entrance on the opposite side which has a flatter approach. This was great when carrying bags of shopping or bottles of water. Dawn was lovely, meeting us on our arrival. She went through everything with us about the apartment, the area and places of interest, and even put a welcome pack including bread, cheese, ham , milk and juice in the kitchen. This was unexpected but such a nice touch. The location is great for the marina/port area along with plenty of restaurants. Within a five minute walk there is a bus stop, two supermarkets and lots of places to eat. Overall, a fantastic apartment, lovely resort and we would highly recommend.

We would fully recommend this apartment to anyone
We had a lovely holiday, weather was brilliant. Dawn was very nice and helpful. The property was very comfortable, spotlessly clean, modern and very well equipped with everything you could ask for, including an amazing kitchen (for folk like us who enjoy cooking for ourselves occasionally) The views from the balcony and upper sun terrace were amazing. We visited the old town and had some delicious meals, all home cooking with very friendly staff. Dawn told us about an open air market just up the road on Wednesdays. It was excellent. One not to miss! Beaches were clean and stretched for miles. All in all a fantastic holiday and thanks again to Dawn for making us very welcome. We would fully recommend this apartment to anyone Mr & Mrs Mathieson.

Lovely apartment with stunning views.
Lovely property. Sam was very welcoming on arrival. Welcome pack of a few basics was a nice surprise and very much appreciated. Would recommend to anyone. Would just recommend checking on pool opening times. Pool was shut for first 2 days and then only open 12 till 6. This is just advice for other people rather than a criticism. Dawn helpful on departure with storing our luggage. Really enjoyed our stay.

So glad you enjoyed the apartment. Unfortunately you obviously didnt find the bars & club , as there are so many in the port ( underground) and of course the famous " Mosaic" nightclub only 10 min walk from your apt. Also "Duendes " nightclub in the port. The old town has bar after bar, spanish as well as many sports bars & irish bars. I will do a list & leave for future guests. Thank you

Booking with Dawn was so easy. Communication throughout was brilliant. The apartment was spotless and had everything anyone could need for self catering. The location was great. A short walk to the port and around 20 minutes to the old town which was fantastic. Bus stop was 2.minutes away to travel to and from Marbella ran every 30 mins. Fantastic restaurants De la mar was one of our favourites .All in all we had a great time despite the wind !!!! Thank you Dawn xxx

Nice apartment, well situated within short walk from restaurants and shops.
Four of us stayed there last week. The apartment was well appointed and had great views from the balcony. Everything you would want was available in the apartment: TV, Wi-Fi, large fridge, nice kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, hairdryer, etc. Two nice bedrooms, the master with an en-suite bathroom. A nice large shared pool could be accessed via the lift, but alas we found that it closed for the season the day after we arrived. We were offered a key to the pool across the road but unfortunately due to communications issues by the time we got the key it was too late to use it! I would recommend this apartment but hope that pool availability is clarified and a contact back-up is put in place in case Dawn is unable to respond to questions from guests.

Lovely getaway with the family
Lovely apartment in stunning condition. Everything modern and well cleaned, the roof terrace was a personal favourite of mine! Only shame was that it was located just up a very steep hill which was a bit difficult as I'm disabled and had a pushchair- but the walk was definately worth it.

Tiene 2 terrazas una de ellas con barbacoa muy bonitoa la persona que nos atendió Dawn muy amable tuvimos un pequeño problema el primer día y en pocas horas quedo solucionado. Necesite una cuna de bebé y enseguida la tenía, amabilidad Increíble atenta, atención perfecta. GRACIAS DAWN. Un apartamento espectacular.
El piso es espectacular. Muy bien distribuido y con todo lo necesario, ya que disponía de toallas de playa, sombrillas, sillas para la playa (muy ligeras), sartenes perfectas (muy importante para mí) y todo tipo de utensilio de cocina. También disponía de todos los productos de limpieza necesario, así como paparl higiénico, aceite, sal, especias.. La segunda terraza es alucinante. Y la principal muy amplia con un toldo que hace que no de mucho el viento. Los accesos a la propiedad están muy bien. Aunque la entrada en el edificio este en una cuesta de inclinación considerable, no es problema ya que puedes entrar por el garaje y accedes directamente al ascensor. Creo que las personas con movilidad reducida podrían estar muy bien. La plaza de parking es muy amplia. Hay supermercados pequeños a los que pudiese acudir caminando (2 min), pero nosotros íbamos en coche a un supermercado más grande y con más variedad (Lidl) En general la estancia ha estado de diez. Y Dawn ha sido maravillosa anfitriona.. Repitiria sin ninguna duda. Hay que tener en cuenta que hay dos playas cerca. Una de ellas no tiene piedras, pero tienes que andar unos 10 min para llegar. A esa playa van muchas familias con niños, ya que cubre muy poco y la arena es fina. Pero el agua se vuelve turbia y a nosotros eso no nos gusta tanto. Luego está la playa de la Rada, que llegas en unos 7 min, pero el agua está congelada y hay muchas piedras ( como en todas las playas de Estepona). Para nosotros, la mejor playa fue la playa de la Paloma. Teníamos que coger el coche y hay mucho aparcamiento. La playa es parte de perros, pero estos no molestan nada y sus dueños son muy agradables.

Bonito apartamento, a 1 minuto del puerto deportivo, unos 300 metros de la playa más cercana y a unos 500 metros del pueblo. Cuenta con un ático con barbacoa, parking en el edificio y una piscina pequeña pero suficiente. Atención correcta de Dawn, la propietaria, Mejorable: la limpieza, colchones no muy cómodos y algo de mantenimiento pues las manivelas de las puertas están todas sueltas

Thank you for your feedback . We will tighten the door handles, the cleanliness we will look into but ever guest this year has found it spotless. The beds all have memory foam mattress toppers so very comfortable & new. The reason we never reviewed you first is because we don’t wish for you to return . The state of the apt on your departure was unexceptable

Precioso apartamento para unas vacaciones perfectas en Estepona. Muy bien situado, cerca de la playa, tiendas, restaurantes, etc. La urbanización bien cuidada, con una piscina amplia y limpia. Las dos terrazas son estupendas, las camas cómodas y la cocina bien equipada. Por poner un pero, las sartenes precisarian ser renovadas. En resumen, más y mejor de lo esperado.

Wunderbare Lage
Wir haben diese Wohnung nun zum zweiten Mal gemietet und wieder festgestellt dass sie einfach ideal für uns ist. Es fehlte an nichts und die Kommunikation zu Dawn war sehr nett. Wir wählten Estepona , da wir zum Golfen spielen in Andalusien waren. Die Wohnung ist in der Nähe des Hafens und nach 3 Minuten Fußweg hat man die Auswahl an verschiedenen Restaurants. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
