“Cute little cluster of vacation condos. Easy 5-8 minute walk to downtown. There's a river in the back of the property that winds around the front as well and meanders all the way downtown. Living area, kitchen and 1/2-bathroom downstairs, two bedrooms and full bath upstairs. Cute little patio with table and flowers (and the occasional elk, who also enjoyed the flowers!) on the lower level and a little balcony on the from bedroom upper level. “Stay here! You will be downtown by all the restaurants, bars, shops, River Walk. Walk to tram ride and Visitors Center, etc. Free parking in front of the building or across the street. The condo was very clean and spacious. Comfy beds. Be aware the fridge and oven are small but we ate all meals out since restaurants were so close. Check in here and enjoy Estes Park!! ”

“Arrival was simple at Andy’s place. The loading zone in front, elevator and stairwell all were convenient to the unit. The location in the middle of Estes Park can’t be beat. Parking across the road was convenient and easy to use with the provided pass. The unit itself is much bigger than you would expect in this building. It was well outfitted. The kitchen and bathroom were both very large and we loved the refrigerator. Restaurants and shops are nearby and even in the same building. Walking...
