Step into Snowdrift Peak 203, a spacious mountain rustic two bedroom
condo with spectacular views of Marys Lake and the mountains. Awake
each day and savor a cup of coffee in the beautiful morning light.
Take a stroll to serene Marys Lake for fishing or skipping rocks. At
the end of the day enjoy a hot cup of cocoa on your huge deck, while
taking in the brilliant night skies.

Enter into the family/TV room featuring a Queen sleeper sofa and large
flat screen TV. Walk down the hall to the wet bar, powder room,
well-appointed kitchen, dining area and living room. From the living
room you will have access to the huge deck with mountain and lake
views will make you wish you could stay forever! You'll find your
private, stacked washer/dryer in a closet off the kitchen. The guest
bedroom has a Queen bed and attached bathroom with shower. The Master
suite features a Queen bed, flat screen TV and a private bathroom with
shower.

Snowdrift Peak 203 will keep you warm and cozy in the winter and cool
and comfortable in the summer with Window Unit Air Conditioning. This
lovely condo accommodates up to 6 people and will be your perfect
mountain home away from home!

The on site, shared outdoor pool will reopen Memorial Day weekend,
weather permitting.
The community pool is open Memorial Day until sometime in September.
The
community hottub is open year round. This pool is managed by the HOA
at Marys Lake Condominiums, and NOT by . guests are welcome to use the
community
pool, but the status of the pool is not part of any guest reservation.
As such, full
or partial refunds are not subject to the status of the pool,
community hottub or
firepit.

Long term reservations of 14+ days will require mid-stay property
safety checks or mid-stay clean, and weekly hot tub service and trash
pick-up. Reservations include one departure trash pick-up. Extra
charges will be added for the trash pick-up, mid-stay cleans, and
hottub service.

What to be aware of:

- Age Restriction: The person who books the reservation must be at
least 25 years of age, and will also stay in the vacation home.A
- Active construction will be at the center of Marys Lake Condominiums
complex from the end of summer 2022 until completion around April
2023, or later if there are delays.
- ALLERGY ALERT!! Please be aware the owner sometimes brings their dog
to the condo.A
- This condo does not have a private hot tub.
- Strict NO SMOKING POLICY - No smoking inside this condo, including
marijuana - $1000 fine
- Strict NO PET POLICY - $1000 if violated
- Bears in the area. You will need to lock all doors and windows each
time you leave the property.A

This place was absolutely amazing and I already miss it. The view you get for the sunrise and stars at night are unforgettable. The condo was very clean, well kept, and very spacious. The balcony was so comfortable and relaxing to sit out on. The only issue I had was it’s a little tricky to find because there’s a tree in front of the number. The town and stores nearby were also enjoyable to walk around as well as visiting Rocky Mountain national park. I would definitely love to stay here again!
