Nothing good about this hotel. It was absolutely filthy and disgusting. There were stains all over the bedding cover and sheets! The couch had huge nasty looking stains all over it. The bathroom was even worse. It had who knows what it was all over the walls. Old moldy food was left in the little refrigerator. The breakfast was lefts overs fro. Days prior old and hard. The lobby smelled like sewage. Worst stay ever! Will never stay at a Comfort Inn again!

Pool not open yet food was awful for the breakfast no eggs left by 8:30 sausage was so overcooked you couldn’t chew it and the potatoes were dried out beyond eating no milk, The sheets were dirty and the refrigerator froze everything. I would not recommend this place

The beds are uncomfortable and the room above us sounded like 5 giants were dancing ALL NIGHT LONG. The only reason we stayed there was because it was cheap and I was having surgery early in the morning. You get what you pay for y’all :(

We have stayed here multiple times, nice clean place, comfortable bed, decent breakfast bar, polite staff, really nice area of town. This time all of the above apply but we found the hallways reeked of a strong curry smell that was unpleasant to us.

I just don't think the people here care. Like most places they put you in the hotel.com suite, which means the room that needs to be fixed up and upgraded. The fridge barely works there's pain missing from the walls pictures hung crooked. And while all those things aren't really that big of a deal having a broken lock kind of is. Having the breakfast staff make as minimal amount of breakfast food that they have to so that there's barely enough for guests while leaving a tip jar out is a problem. I only got a great deal because of my one key cash, but the hallway smelled and quite frankly it wasn't worth it

Check in was lousy. Staff was unfriendly and unwelcoming. General impression of lobby was poor. Furniture looked worn & dirty. My room was dirty. I wiped down the vanity with a disinfectant wipe & not only was the vanity dirty but the top of the backsplash looked as if it had never been cleaned. The majority of the towels were stained and presumably unwashed. The carpet was horribly stained in many places and the upholstery on the sofa was disgusting. I sprayed everything down with Lysol. I considered contacting the front desk but because of the poor check in experience & a language barrier I decided against it. All in all it was a very poor experience and I won’t ever stay there again.

While they state the rooms are non smoking, clearly someone had smoked previously due to the horrid smell and heavily yellowed smoke alarm. It was too cold when we entered the room, my husband turned the air off and heat on which almost immediately set off another horrible smell and the fire alarm. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

It was a decent hotel. Breakfast was more than a muffin so that was a surprise. My only complaint would be that the pull out sofa bed didn't have bedding so we had to ask for it but it wasn't a problem.

There was a car show that weekend and a lot of people around however found it to be pleasant and quiet at night. There were some construction going on which might have caused the awful smell coming from the bathroom toilet. Could use some updates with the stained carpets in rooms and hallways. There is a beautiful lake and walking area to enjoy a cross from the hotel.

Absolutely the best staff and how they accommodated me when I had to bring my dog was above and beyond. I booked another hotel for the following week but came back here because the other place couldn't compare to Comfort Inn. Highly recommend!

Actually, everything was fine except the rudeness of the desk manager. I had two pertinent questions. First call to the desk he NEVER answered. I called on outside line & he immediately answered!! His explanation "I was outside". But he answered quickly when outside line rang! Lie!! Few hours later exact same scenario, different information needed......dialed desk few times, no answer. Called in on outside line, immediate answer. His answer to me was extremely RUDE with dismissive answer of "I TOLD YOU"!!! He should not be working in a public setting!

A Motel Ghetto
The motel itself was very good in every way but the location was terrible. It is located within a compound of a couple dozen other motels, difficult to find your way in or out of from the highway even with GPS. No services except 2 restaurants with completely packed parking lots. We would not again stay at any motel in this "ghetto".
