The hotel was too far from my location. I didn’t know the city. I called Expedia and the hotel and was told I can cancel but will not be refunded. I had to then pay for another hotel. I called hotel and the manager said that she could not refund me for I did not pay her I paid Expedia . She also added that Expedia only paid her $50\. She said if I would’ve booked directly, she would have refunded me. It wasn’t like I paid a thousand dollars but I don’t have money to burn. She took me to three different rooms and all of them were nasty. I have nothing good to say about this place. It was very dirty when we checked in.I had to stand out in cold windy weather to check in. Then I was too tired to do anything but lay down. The bathroom was dirty both the bathtub and shower curtain looked like it had not been cleaned since 1970\. The sheets were dirty and had holes burned in them. From the beginning it did not feel safe. One night people in one of the rooms fought all night long. To the point where the cops had to be called. Another night there were loud thumps from another room all night long. Beware they are not dog friendly. Dog friendly does not mean you charge 400.00.No this was not a deposit.
