I recently stayed for the weekend with my family and everything was perfect. Especially the staff in the morning for the breakfast bar. Give those guys a raise! They attended to myself and my 2 children perfectly. Will be staying again.
I understand something’s are out of their control and a flight was canceled and they got a bunch of people from JFK which is oven an hour away and they were all checking in with vouchers do it took over thirty minutes. When they finally got to us they gave us keys to two rooms and both of those sets of keys didn’t work. I do t know if they were overwhelmed and I can understand once but twice?? T there were two people and they were on the same computer instead of splitting up and helping more people. Just a mess and we stay here often and this was by far the worst
Parking lot is sketchy, but the hotel itself is great. VERY clean and well-appointed rooms. I have stayed here many times for work and I am quite happy with it.
Nice and quiet area. Property is a little old but clean. Not many staff on site, can’t get any housekeeper staff to get us items. Found one but doesn’t speak English well. But big concern, friendly front desk staff. We will definitely come back
The pool was freezing cold. There was no lighting in the exterior of the building. Our neighbors had about 15-20 ppl in there room and were smoking marijuana all night. There wasn’t enough towels in the restaurant. Just very disappointed for this being a Hilton.
The stay at the double tree was great. Was just disappointed in them not having any cookies which I always love. Brought my son for the first time and kept telling him when we get there he can have a cookie, never got one.
my husband had rash (similar to ones from bed bugs) all over his body after the trip. The room was not clean and had hair pins on the floor and housekeeping never replaced our floor mat and trash after the first night. The bed also had a stain on it. Nightmare!

Our experience at the hotel was terrible due to lots of noises. The entire floor was given to a party guests and I asked the desk to move us out to another floor because I could not sleep the first night and I was not even offered.
