“First of all, it’s a hotel—and that is not mentioned in the listing. Secondly, it is a dumpy motel—dirty carpets, few amenities, stairs but no elevators. Worst of all was the customer service. I received no address or access info and when I called to get them I was asked on several attempts to try calling back in ten minutes or so. When the guy had time to talk he told me I had to supply my ID and credit card info over the phone. I told him I was at my departure airport and couldn’t forward ID……

“Hotel was very nice, and clean. I stayed in two rooms and both had cracked tiles in the bathrooms. No big deal on my part. The hallways could have used some floor work as the wood seemed to buckle in some areas my main concern was the pool being open only Friday thru Sunday. I arrived in Monday and left on Thursday, had I known the pool was not usable prior to booking the room, I would have stayed somewhere else.”
