Beautiful Getaway
Great location, enough room for all 6 of us (3 adults, two kids 11and 14). The property is super quiet and peaceful.The main living area and loft had such beautiful views. Our kids had so much fun with the provided sleds on the property. Would definitely recommend and consider staying here again!

Beautiful location
The owners thought of everything...the lodge is furnished very nice ..the only thing is the elevation caused us headaches I recommend you buy oxygen containers although they had a huge machine on the property otherwise it's a piece of heaven

Great mountain getaway!
My family (including 4 young kids) had a wonderful stay here. The cabin was spacious, clean, and well stocked with everything we needed (and much more!). There was so much hiking and exploring to do nearby (Pika Trail, Pennyslvania Mt, Limber Grove trail, Kite Lake trails, Beaver Creek trail, Fairplay Beach...plus the museum, shops etc). The road to the cabin was pretty rough, but easily done in our 4Runner TRD. My kids enjoyed playing Foosball and playing outside at the cabin (lots of rocks and sticks, lol). The owner was great. We would highly recommend staying here!!

FANTASTIC Property
We had an amazing stay!! The house was so beautiful, comfortable and well stocked. The views were amazing!! The road up to the property, not great, but doable. The only thing I would change is, add a bathroom door to the upstairs master. Thank you for a great stay and a perfect place to reconnect with old friends.

This cabin has everything you can ask for and more. Just know that the altitude for this cabin is 12200 ft and it takes some time for the body to adjust to that altitude specially after a day of activity on the mountain. Personally the boost oxygen cans seem to have helped us which are also available in Breck! Our host Matthew was super responsive with any questions we had.

An Unforgettable Experience
A small group of 3 generations gathered for missed holiday moments due to Covid adjustments and living states apart. I myself reside in Denver but my family flew in from Houston, TX & New Orleans,LA. The Friday snow storm was a big challenge traveling up the mountain😳 without knowing where the destination is truly located. The house was AMAZING 👏 😍!!!! No complaints, I hope to make this an annual trip. 😀

Beautiful home surrounded by trees truly high up in the mountains! The home easily accommodated our family of 5 with room to spread out and be comfortable. The loft with huge wall of windows provided a breathtaking view of the mountains. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it! If altitude sickness is a concern with the high elevation of this home- the multiple flights of stairs outside and inside the home can add to the issue. Otherwise we felt we had a secluded peaceful truly beautiful mountain getaway! Very good experience!

This house is beautiful! Everything that you can imagine was provided! Be sure and don't miss the sun rises! They were beautiful. Everything went so smoothly that we didn't even need to contact the host. We had 5 adults that stayed at this property and each family had their own floor to enjoy. The road to the property is rather rough, but not a problem for our Santa Fe. It is close to everything that we wanted to do. We hiked and hit some off road trails (son rented a jeep) near Fairplay and Breckenridge. There is so much to do around this area! Also, I didn't believe the Foosball table would be beneficial to us at all, but the family actually had Foosball Competitions each night! We would definitely stay at this property, again. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!

Absolutely beautiful cabin and area. The cabin was super clean, and very well done, maintained, and stocked. You can tell small details aren't missed. It's a lovely view and you can't see any neighbors. Very easy to disconnect out here. Manager was very responsive and helpful. Things to note: In winter, make sure you have 4 wheel drive. I would recommend cooking there, nice well equipped kitchen and not too many restaurants nearby. Also, if you're not used to that elevation, plan to take it easy the first couple days. We would definitely return. All 6 of us loved it!

Gorgeous property, plenty of snow!
Loved just about everything. Property was awesome and really private which is what we wanted. Only issue was the beds were not comfortable.

This home was just what we needed! Perfect if you are looking to get away from the hustle & bustle! We saw fox, coyote, chipmunks & beautiful hummingbirds! Our 2 week stay was not long enough!

Great time
The place was everything the listing said it would be. Me and my family had an amazing time, nice and cozy. Lots of games inside the house and with a short drive into Breckenridge there was a lot more to do. Make sure you have a AWD or 4x4 vehicle if you come during the winter months. Communication with Mathew was easy with quick responses and was very helpful during our stay. The views were amazing and we all had a wonderful time.

We had an amazing trip! The cabin was goregous and sat on such beautiful land. We had tons of snow. I felt like we were in a Hallmark Movie! We saw some moose tracks but never saw him! We loved the wood burning fireplace as well. It was the perfect place. We will definitely be back with a bigger group sometime in the future! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Great getaway for the family!
This was the perfect place to relax and unwind! There were many activities to do that were near the house... We really enjoyed Breckenridge and Mt Princeton hot springs. The house is very beautiful, has stunning views of the mountains, and had everything we needed!

Excellent stay!!
Something for all the kids to do and plenty of sleeping space. It was a little further from the resort than we expected, but it turned out to be a great weekend. The only downside was the size of the kitchen table. Would’ve been nice to be able to fit at least 8 of us around the table...but definitely not a deal breaker.
