"AC was always cold and on when we came in after a hot day out. The ladies who work in the breakfast area were absolutely wonderful! Even getting us Soy Milk because of our allergy for our coffee. The shower didn’t stay hot in our room. Easy check in and check out process."

"Excellent hotel in a nice location. Room was excellent, very big and really comfortable bed. Even though our room was on front with a semi busy road, we couldnt hear anything through the sound proofing."

"The hotel was very nice. The amenities, the view, the size and comfort. We were only there one day so we did not make use of the pool or spa but we could see the pool area and it seemed very nice. The concierge and luggage staff were very welcoming and polite, but the staff working the morning breakfast was very hostile and made us feel unwelcome. This was upsetting because otherwise our stay was quite enjoyable."

"What a great experience for first time in Rome. The staff at front desk Silvia and Alvina, the girls at the tour desk. To staff in the breakfast room, the person in front calling taxi , each person excellent and beyond expectation. Breakfast and the choices were amazing. Its like everything in Italy is on the menu pizza, cake to most pastries. Excellent choice of tea, coffee fresh juice. Staff excellent. Rooms are even better, clean I mean to every corner looks pristine. Beds are 5 star level. The staff kept our 3 day stay with teen boys for memorable. Great location walking distance of 15-20 mins. Safe neighborhood. Overall a great and excellent experience. Thank you"
