8/10 Good
"Overall a great stay for our last night in Rome. The Air Conditioning in the room was a little tricky to get working and the bathroom doors of the shower had a huge gap if not overlapped. Excellent staff! 9/10"

10/10 Excellent
"Room was clean and comfortable. Location near the metro station was very convenient to get to anywhere you need to be in Rome. Front desk staff was helpful and friendly and arranged a taxi to the airport for us (there was a train strike on the day we left). Area was quiet at night and felt safe. Breakfast was pretty good, although we were only able to eat there once due to our schedule. I'd stay here again."

Parco dei Principi Grand Hotel & SPA - Preferred Hotels & Resorts

10/10 Excellent
"We enjoyed a wonderful stay at Parco Dei Principi, celebrating our Silver Wedding. Staff were without exception lovely, and the large, well-appointed and comfortable room was very good value. We greatly appreciated having a spa, gym and two pools to choose from. On the minus side were a couple of small things: a leak from upstairs into the bathroom which we reported to staff for fixing, and an ill-fitting bathroom door. The new restaurant was expensive (as one would expect in a 5-star hotel), but the menu didn't appeal to us and we didn't try it. But overall we'd thoroughly recommend this hotel."
