"Clean and pleasant visit"

"Rooms are fine. This is a budget hotel in an area void of other options. Issue with check in. They had trouble locating the pre-paid hotels.com booking. Employee and manager made us pay for a room and only after it was processed and paid, that they located the other room. They refused to cancel the room that they made us pay citing there were other active reservations and that they have a 24 cancelation policy. Well, I had checked in one day earlier than the rest of the group with the other 3 rooms. I had asked the front desk employee to make sure there are no other reservations other than the 3 pre-paid rooms. He said we are all set. Then found out next day during check in that we were not. Wasted more than an hour at the front desk to try to sort this out, and the manager and the clerk couldn't and wouldn't help. They were more interested in talking over me than to listen and to help."

"Don't recommend trying to reach out to hotel through third party booking app as they are not responsive, and the cancelation policy is strict, with no room for grace, so buyer beware. No problem charging for a room not checked in to, no refunds, no exceptions. Says alot about customer service."

"I booked a room here based on the cleanliness reviews, and as a bonafide germaphobe, I can vouch for my room's cleanliness. The decor is outdated (black granite, cherry furniture, beige walls), but passable. The carpet was clean with no stains. My room was near the pool, and there was a noticeable pool smell, but it didn't bother me too much. The insulation between the upper and lower floors must be thin because I could hear the footsteps of the person above me. (Maybe request a second floor room.) I only grabbed coffee and yogurt for breakfast, so I can't really speak about the food. TIP: I didn't realize that the decorative longer curtains were not the black out curtains until the second day. They blocked the AC, so the room was too hot my first night. On further inspection, I realized that the shorter black out curtains were behind the sheers. Another tip is that the parking in front becomes quite crowded in the evening, especially with an overabundant amount of underused EV charging stations. I parked in the restaurant's lot next door and that seemed to be fine. Overall, it was a decent stay."
