“Beautiful, comfortable, clean and well stocked home with an amazing huge pool. Plenty of outdoor seating and dining options. The owners live next door and were gracious and helpful hosts. Air conditioning is in the 3 upstairs bedrooms and the main living room area downstairs. Bocce set and a grassy area to play. “We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed our time at the villa. There were 19 of us who stayed at the villa for a family vacation, and we never felt crowded thanks to the way the villa was divided into different bedroom zones, several with a kitchenette (in addition to the main kitchen). “The Toscana village is great - so relaxing. The long stay owners are very friendly and helpful, as are the staff. The onsite bar/restaurant is good, as is the pool. There is a local town in easy walking distance with many old buildings, nice bars, and places to eat. On Saturdays there is a food market, so you can stock up on salads, fruits, vegetables, meats, and cheeses, etc. We can't wait to go back.”

“You could not ask for anything more from this Tuscan villa. Absolutely lovely restored farmhouse with every amenity required and the photographs really do not do it justice. The location is perfect with a fifteen minute walk up to San Gimignano with absolutely stunning views of the town from the pool and the rear terrace. Alessandro was the perfect host and was always available for advice and help. We really had a lovely family week stay at the property.”
