"This home and property is beautiful! We loved listening to the sounds of the creek while sitting at the fire. The hosts were available via text and nearby if we needed anything. The property is located in a cute little town and near the Minnewaska SP, Wallkill, Hudson and local wineries and orchards."

"I booked this home for my framing crew coming from out of town. The booking, check in process was always smooth. Sara was very responsive and accommodating. The home was clean, and Sara offered fresh eggs and coffee for breakfast starters. It’s a great place to unplug from today’s world. Nestled against a mountain overlooking a brook in a quaint countryside."

The outdoor sitting area overlooking the view was outstanding. "We had a wonderful stay at Joel's place. Joel is great with communication and quickly responded to any questions. The home is very clean, beds are comfortable, great water pressure in the shower, kitchen is well equipped. We enjoyed barbecuing on the deck. Didn't get to use the fire pit as it was a bit too chilly to sit out at night. Hopefully can do that next time. We would love to come back again!"

"Super stylish and clean home with a great hot tub. Communication with the hosts was easy and clear, and they offered lots of local recs which were appreciated. I definitely recommend staying here with one small caveat: the property is on a small lot without much tree cover, so it felt less private when neighbors were out and about. Thanks again for the stay!"

"The Blue Hills Lodge was much more than a place to stay for a few days. They had there own Post Office, Beauty Salon, Museum, Restaurant, Event Center, Live Entertainment, Microbrewery (Russian Mule Brewery), Beer Tasting, wonderful grounds, could I add more. I met the owner and staff. Everyone treated me and my small 9 pound dog as a cherish member of the family. rather then a stranger and a guest. It really felt like a home with special extras. The only thing that it lacked was a microwave. This was more that a 5 star place of lodging. Thank you so very must to the staff of the Blue Hills Lodge and the Russian Mule Brewery."
