"Usually I stay in Union Square/SOMA area, decided to go different and be in the Financial District, loved it! There is so much to do around, whether it’s going to the Pier, enjoying the majestic views, or going to the restaurants nearby. You can never go wrong with anywhere in SF, but I would definitely revisit this area, specifically the Jay! I did put 4 stars instead of 5 because I saw a stain on the wall, which is fine, not everything in hotels are going to be perfect. Other than that, no...

"We had an amazing stay for my husband’s birthday. The staff were great and friendly the entire time, going above and beyond. They brought a surprise to our room for his birthday, even bringing the kids something. This was our second time and brought our family. This is the only place for us to stay when visiting."

"Will been my favorite!! First time solo traveling to San Francisco the proximity of Club Quarters to everything is very convenient. I also loved how they place toiletries in the hallways for guests to access and place empty water bottle for us to get water. Got a club room so everything is pretty standard, has a comfy bed and a cloudy comforter. The room has a microwave and a fridge which is super helpful to store my leftovers for another meal. Had to stay one more day due to flight cancellation...
