Super helpful and nice staff. Room was very clean and comfortable with a great patio. Hotel was on a quiet street within east walking distance of the Fira main square and the Cauldera. Would definitely recommend.

Check in/out was smooth. All staff are friendly, even they are busy, they will still greet you with a smile. 4 min walk from Fira bus station. Good location, quiet. Clean room, but a bit small, it's quite normal in Santorini.

Great experience!
This hotel was in the perfect location! Close to the heart of Thira, but just far enough away that it is quiet and secluded. The pool area with the chairs is a great place to hangout and relax. The staff was very friendly and helpful during our stay.

Staff is very attentive, the room is just what you need for a short stay in Santorini. The location is convenient. There's a place to dry clothes after washing. They tidy the rooms daily. We even had a balcony.

Property location was very good. Just 200 m from Fira central bus station and the main places in Fira. Thus, movement and connectivity across Santorini was very easy. However, I would not rate it best in the segment. The bathroom were too small and drainage in the wash basin was not proper. It doesn't have stove and other cooking accessories in the rooms for small time cooking like to heat anything. Though electric kettle was available for hot drinking water. Good part is, the room was cleaned everyday.

Very comfortable bed and it was so close to Thira city centre. Bathroom was quite small but manageable like most other hotels in the Greek islands.

Great stay at Pension Petros
We had a very good stay at Pension Petros. It was a clean hotel, very safe and located close to tourism sites and shopping. Great customer service from Nicole on the front desk who was very welcoming and helpful. Small swimming pool but clean and nice. Overall a very good experience at Pension Petros.

Loved this little hotel! Pension Petros was a clean, conveniently located and affordable. Just a couple of blocks away from the fabulous view of the Caldera, shopping and great restaurants in Fira, this place served to be the perfect location during our stay. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended and would stay there again.

Friendly hotel, convenient location
Easy check in and friendly staff. They were around even late at night when we arrived. On our way out they let us use an extra bathroom to shower before our flight. The hotel is very close to the center of town, but Fira is perhaps the least interesting place to stay on the island (though easy to shop, rent a car or ATV, etc). The rooms are really tiny. Barely space to walk around the beds. The balcony was a nice perk. If you sleep with the balcony door open you can hear the clubs late on Friday and Saturday nights, but otherwise it is nice.

Served its purpose
We arrived in Fira after midnight. We choose this hotel for a one night stay as it was one of the only ones that said it had 24/7 reception. Upon arrival we found our name on the desk and were asked to go up stairs where the owner lived. She met me with the keys and showed us our room. It was a small efficiency room but served our purpose well. I was asked to meet the owners daughter in the morning to give the keys back and pay. The daughter was very pleasant and helpful. She even found us transportation to the next hotel.

Good location in Fira, really helpful hotel staff! But beds were rock hard, bathrooms were small, and the room was overall not very comfortable. The price reflects the accommodation. All in all, ok for a couple nights!

Good for a short stay in Santorini!
We booked this place for one night due to the advertised 24-hour front desk on Expedia, since our flight came in after midnight. We messaged the hotel on Expedia to confirm this, but did not recieve an answer. Unfortunately, this was not the case, as when we arrived at Pension Petros there was a note on the counter for us letting us know the key was in the door to our room. While we were happy to get an affordable room at this hour, we expected someone to be at the front desk. Despite this descrepancy, and a few other minor issues (scratchy towels, thin walls, slight odor), we were okay with the stay for the night. The lady at the front desk was also quite nice when we met her the next day, and shared with us recommendations for places to eat and things to do in Santorini, despite us having already checked out.

Very accommodating little pension who certainly were prepared to go out of their way despite the low price tag. Arrived late night into airport and after calling, they were happy to arrange transfers and greet us with a huge smile when we arrived. Very relaxed owners who treat you like one of their own. Hotel itself was very clean, housekeeping did a great job and the importantly the pension was close to Fira main square, the beautiful side streets and cliff edge (2 min walk). Great base to explore beautiful Santorini!

Very close walk to the old port area overlooking the caldera. When we checked in the manager was very kind, hospitable, and helpful. She gave great suggestions and even booked a tour for us. Pool is beautiful. Room is as you'd expect; for one of the cheaper hotels in Santorini, it's a great deal. Only main complaint is that there was no wifi signal in our room, which was at the end of the building. I had to go in the hallway outside other guests' rooms to get signal, which was a pain.

Mediocre hotel in the heart of Fira
The place was okay. The room smelled a bit funkt, but wasn't overbearing or too bad. The room was clean and they did clean and give us fresh towels each day which was nice. We had a 3-bed room, but the 3rd bed was awkwardly small and too short to lay completely flat on - it must have been a trundle bed, not a twin size. The staff were not very friendly, and I am big on customer service, so I wouldn't stay here again.

An hotel we would not recommend
The location is very good. It is close to the main attractions you'll want to visit in Fira. However, the rooms and the beds were not very comfortable and we had some trouble sleeping during our stay there. The hotel is also very noisy - we could easily hear people coughing in the other rooms. The doors also make a lot of noise. Without earplugs you may have a hard time to sleep. The balcony is also shared with the other rooms. Moreover, because of the capital controls that just appeared in Greece, we were told the credit card machine was "broken" and we could not even try the transaction. After some discussion and some waiting, the machine was fully functional one hour after... We felt the staff was not totally honest by then. Sadly, we would not recommend this hotel to a friend.

Great budget option in Fira
I really enjoyed my stay here. Large, comfortable, clean room. It's only about a five minute walk from the bus station, and about ten minutes from the caldera edge where the views are spectacular. I would stay here again.

Pension Petros
We stayed at Pension Petros for 5 days and 4 nights in end April/early May. It is a small family run 3 star hotel few steps away from Fira centre. The hotel staffs are friendly and helpful with room get clean on daily basis, nice warm water shower and working heating as the weather is a bit cold in the evening :) We love their restaurant recommendation and decided to stick to their list after the first day. Very good value for money.

A Fair Choice Pension
The room was small with only one nightstand. The walls were thin because you can hear people in the next room carryon regular conversation. It would be allright for one night. Unfortunately we booked four nights. Summer Time Pension next door would be a lot nicer for just six Euros more a night.
