“The hotel is beautiful, huge, and has everything you need. Very clean, the beds and pillows were like sleeping in a cloud. We had an issue that arose during our stay and the owners were quick to respond and address the issue and help in any way they could. Amazing customer service. Also the check in and out was easy and it felt very secure. Would stay again. ”

“I loved the old school vibe with the urban style incorporated into it. I think they did well captivating the original 1960’s feeling while also being very up to date. The vibe quite honestly reminded me of the old TV show, the Jetsons(unfortunately there are no flying cars). On top of the wonderful service and nice clean vibe, they were also one of the best options in the area in terms of cost. I really enjoyed myself and will definitely be staying here again when I find myself in the area.”

“The property was fine. The only issue I had regarded the WiFi which did not work. The attendant at the reception desk was no help. He said he would make some calls and get back to me, but he didn’t. I ended up contacting a technical help desk guy whose contact phone number was on a card in the room. After about 20 minutes of discussions with him, he finally provided me with direct access to the server and it worked fine. Just more trouble than I would expected.”

“We chose it cuz decided to go to SC at the last minute and there weren't so much choices for us. Generally, staffs there were okay but it wasn't worth the price for a motel at such condition. Pro: Good location, you could get there easily when going down from the highway. Con: The walls were pretty thin so we could hear people next door talking clearly when it's loud enough.”

“Hotel seems to be a refurbished older hotel- you can tell that things were kind of bandaged rather than gutted and replaced. Holes in the walls where pictures/old headboards were, plastic tile walls overtop then original shower walls, old AC vents, damaged wall coverings on corners. It just wasn't really Crowne Plaza standards honestly, but for a quick night stay it would be worth it for the right price. Its also convenient having a restaurant, although more food options would be nice.”

“Limited staff means you’ll be waiting for someone to staff the front desk. Needed to use a dryer, there’s only 1, and it’s non-functioning. Room was just fine, one of the light fixtures didn’t work so the room was fairly dark unless you turn on a bright light in the headboard that projects upward. Couldn’t find an ice machine so needed to ask the bar for ice (which of course they provided).”
