“Great property, staff they have access to everything “Mulita” and all the tours you need, Jose at the front desk was super helpful and Javier is the man to get you all the attractions you need. Great restaurant and location you’d rather stay there and get a Mulita for at least 24 hours so you can see the entire island. Room are on the small side but the views are worthy and technically you only will go to sleep there. We are already to go back there”

“First the check in staff was terrible. They treated us horribly and were not very helpful when some issues with Expedia and their hotel happened for reservations. After that the troubles only increased. The property advertises as All inclusive however no drinks apart from beer and the food was only buffet. Both were terrible. The service at the pool is also horrible. No one pays attention and to even get anything is ridiculous impossible. This is 0 star forget 5 star hotel! Never would go here……

Todavia, a rua é extremamente barulhenta: motos buzinando, caminhões e pessoas gritando a partir das 6h da manhã!! Não há como dormir após esse horário. A rua onde está localizado o hotel é horrorosa. Sobre o quarto: não ha limpeza diária e somente no terceiro dia trocaram as toalhas, nao há agua quente, somente ducha fria. “Hotel simples, mas com quarto bom e bem limpo. Café da manhã com 6 opções de escolha. Ônibus e transporte executivo na frente. Como ele pertence a uma rede de hotéis foi possível usufruir as instalações dos outros que são de categoria superior, sem custo adicional. Fica longe do centro, mas compensa por seu em local um pouco menor barulhento que no no centro da cidade. Funcionários atenciosos.”
