"Everything was clean and very comfortable in the room. I was very frustrated that the elevators were not working, and according to a staff member, had not been working for approximately 3 weeks. I recently had a heart surgery and had to climb up to the 3rd floor to unload my car (I was traveling alone with my dog). The staff was helpful and offered to carry my heavy suitcase up for me and then down the next morning. Thank you to the gentlemen who helped me. At the same time, the up and down 3 flights of stairs with my other bags and to take my dog out to pee were a difficulty for me. I only reserved my room one week ahead of time and would have appreciated being notified of the lack of elevator access. I would have stayed elsewhere. I realize things can break down any time, but if you know when you are making the reservation, it would be nice to have to option to make a different choice."

"From the moment we entered the staff were outstanding, friendly, and helpful. The accommodations were excellent, clean , roomy along with a comfortable bed and nice linens. The surrounding grounds were wonderful, fire pits , lots of outside seating with a view of tree lined hills . The deli area had everything we needed for breakfast and a light delicious dinner. Also the girls working the deli should get a raise , they work hard and do pretty much everything. Definitely we will stay here again when traveling to Flagstaff, also ten minutes to the airport."
